In May the Dimec app will become the Co-op Health app

In May the Dimec app will become the Co-op Health app

In September we wrote a blog post to let you know that we’d been bought by Co-op Health.

In May the Dimec app will become the Co-op Health app. This means you’ll be able to order your repeat prescriptions through Co-op Health rather than Dimec.

What happens next?

If you already have the Dimec app, the Co-op Health app will replace it automatically – you might just need to update it through the app store on your device.

Then, you just need to sign in using the email address you use for Dimec – you will not have to set up a new account.

You’ll still be able to do the same things using the Co-op Health app as you can with the Dimec app.

If you’ve not yet downloaded the Dimec app yet, you can still find us in the app store until May.

Stay updated

There will be notifications in the app and we’ll send you an email when the change is happening.

To get the latest updates, follow Co-op Health on Facebook and Twitter.

If you have any questions, email us.
